Powder metal parts in brake assist vacuum pump

As the engine is in spark ignition types.cars which loading with gasoline engine will create higher vacuum pressure on inlet manifold,which could provide enough vacuum resource for vacuum assist brake system.At present,most of the vacuum pumps are connected to inlet manifold.The design is GDI in order to satisfy with high emission environmental requirements,when inlet manifold can not provide same level vacuum pressure to satisfy with the requirements of vacuum brake assist system,then vacuum pump must be assembled.

For the cars with diesel engine drive,as the engine is in compression ignition type,when inlet manifold can not provide same level vacuum pressure,so assembling vacuum pump to provide vacuum resource is very necessary.The dynamic of this kind of vacuum pump is obtaining from the engine.The dynamic is gaining power through powder metal shaft coupling to bring powder metal rotors and then bring plastic valves,rotors and pump cavity with a certain amount of eccentricity and valves to accompany brake assist function.This kind of vacuum pump is developed mainly to satisfy with high emission requirements gasoline and diesel engine,reach an emission reduction effect.
